Every client gets the same security baseline as standard, not as an upsell: enforced MFA, Conditional Access, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), separated admin accounts, tested backups and a proper disaster recovery position. If you ever need to prove your security posture to a customer, an insurer or an auditor you'll be able to.  Beyond keeping things running, we help you get more out of what you already pay for: Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-driven automation that actually saves your team time, not AI for the sake of it.  We're deliberately small and deliberately selective. You deal directly with the people doing the work, get straight answers in plain English, and never get lost in a ticket queue. We don't work with businesses that see IT as a cost to minimise  we work with Businesses who see it as how they'll keep the Business safe and be able to scale.
